Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of playpulse.co.in and the PlayPulse match analysis service, provided by PlayPulse Private Limited (CIN: [CIN]), registered office: [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS], New Delhi, India ("PlayPulse", "we", "us"). By using the website or service, you agree to them.

1. The service

PlayPulse turns match video you upload into reports, including detected events, passing networks, grid maps and player ratings. Reports are produced with the help of AI and are checked by our team before they are published to your login. The scope, pricing and number of matches for your account are agreed with you in writing before you start.

2. Accuracy

AI analysis is not perfect, especially on low-resolution or wide-angle footage. Some events may be missed or wrongly labelled, and some players may not be identified. Reports are decision support for coaches and are not a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for decisions you make using them, including decisions about selection and development of players.

3. Your footage

• You keep ownership of the footage you upload.
• You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you and to maintain and improve the quality of our analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You confirm that you have the right to upload the footage, including any permission needed from players or, for players under 18, from a parent or guardian.

4. Accounts

Logins are personal to your team. Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity under your login.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, try to access other teams' reports, interfere with the service or its security, or copy or resell the service or its reports as your own product.

6. Our intellectual property

The PlayPulse name, logo, website, software, models and the design of our reports belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them, except the right to use the service and your own reports for your team's purposes.

7. Fees

Fees, if any, are as agreed in writing for your account. We will not charge you for matches you have not agreed to.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or stop parts of the service, and we will give reasonable notice where a change affects a paying customer.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the match or matches the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or reputation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. When access ends, we handle your footage and reports as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have under law.
